Litigation Associate — Product Liability, New York

Seeking a New York-based litigation associate to join a team defending complex product-liability and toxic-tort matters across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania in both state and federal court. The role offers substantial courtroom and case-management exposure on depositions, hearings, motions and mediations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions and discovery; conducting legal research; preparing correspondence and court filings; reviewing document collections; and taking depositions and attending hearings as required. The position will expose you to asbestos, talc and other toxic-tort matters as well as broader commercial litigation work.

• Commercial litigation and/or asbestos/toxic-tort experience preferred
