Litigation Associate — Salt Lake City

Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join a nationally connected practice in the Salt Lake City office of a major U.S. firm. The role involves handling complex commercial disputes across a range of areas, working with local teams and lawyers across the firm’s national and international platform.

Associates will work on significant litigation matters for clients in multiple industries, with opportunities to develop courtroom and motion practice, participate in investigations, and collaborate on cross-jurisdictional matters. The office emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and a collegial team environment.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience, with exposure to commercial litigation matters (e.g., securities, white-collar defense, antitrust, bankruptcy, products liability, real estate, IP disputes)
• Bar admission and good standing in Utah
• Strong legal research, top-tier writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and assisting with depositions and witness preparation
• Ability to work independently, interface with clients and opposing counsel, and contribute to a team-focused practice
