Litigation Associate — San Francisco, CA

Mid-level litigation associate role in San Francisco with a busy commercial litigation practice. The position involves handling complex disputes across commercial, real estate, corporate governance, and bankruptcy matters as part of a collaborative litigation team.

Ideal candidates will be productive team players with experience in motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and e-discovery. The role is expected to be primarily in-office and requires strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required; admission to the California bar required.
• Approximately 4–6 years of litigation experience handling complex commercial disputes.
• Proven experience with motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and e-discovery; background in business disputes, commercial landlord–tenant, corporate governance, or bankruptcy is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a collaborative team environment; prior experience at a large law firm or sophisticated litigation boutique preferred.
