Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy Pacific Northwest office with a focus on commercial litigation. The role is best suited to candidates with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience and familiarity with general commercial disputes.

Experience with insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation is a strong plus. The position requires Washington bar admission; additional admission in Oregon, Idaho, and/or Alaska and documented multi-jurisdictional practice experience are preferred. Candidates should be able to handle research and drafting independently and contribute to trial-ready teams.

Juris Doctor (JD)
Licensed to practice in Washington (required); admission in OR, ID, and/or AK preferred
3–5 years commercial litigation experience

Federal and state court experience preferred; able to work independently and as part of a litigation team
