Litigation Associate — Washington, DC

Mid-level litigation associate role in a large international firm’s Washington, DC office. The hire will handle day-to-day commercial litigation matters from pleadings through trial support, including drafting motions, legal research, managing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.

Experience with healthcare or managed-care litigation is a plus but not required. The team offers a collaborative, professional environment with hybrid working arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

• 2–6 years of litigation experience (law firm and/or judicial clerkship)
• Admission to the D.C. Bar; JD from an accredited law school with strong academic record
• Excellent legal research and writing skills; significant drafting experience
• Experience with discovery, depositions and courtroom hearings preferred; ability to manage matters from intake through trial support
• Self-starter with strong judgment, organization and communication skills
