Mid-level litigation associate role in a Wilmington office of a national law firm, focused on complex corporate disputes heard in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

The position involves representing corporations and their officers and directors in stockholder class actions, derivative litigation and complex commercial matters. Experience conducting internal investigations for special board committees is a plus.

Applicants must be admitted to practice in Delaware and demonstrate strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

2–6 years of litigation experience, with emphasis on stockholder class actions, derivative suits, and complex commercial litigation
Admission to the Delaware bar required
Familiarity with the Delaware Court of Chancery preferred
Experience conducting internal investigations is beneficial
Superior academic record and strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
