Litigation Attorney — Commercial & General Litigation, Seattle

Well-established national law firm platform is seeking litigation attorneys to join its Seattle team. The role focuses on defense-side matters across commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and personal injury defense, working with a collaborative national group of litigators.

The office offers flexible work models, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements. Successful candidates will work under experienced trial counsel on a mix of hearings, depositions, and contested matters and will have access to professional development and mentorship.

• Minimum of 3 years' litigation experience (PQE)
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Washington State
• Demonstrated litigation skills: strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy
• Team-oriented, self-starter able to manage assignments with limited supervision
• Trial, arbitration, or appellate experience preferred but not required
