Growing insurance-defense practice in Seattle is seeking a mid-level associate to handle insurance coverage and general liability matters. The role offers substantive responsibility on complex defense work and exposure to coverage opinions, motion practice, discovery, and depositions within a national litigation platform.

The team handles high-exposure and catastrophic-injury litigation; candidates will work with experienced trial lawyers and receive mentorship and hands‑on case experience. The office supports hybrid working arrangements and a full professional benefits package.

3–7 years of experience handling insurance coverage and/or general liability defense matters
Proven ability to analyze coverage issues and draft well-reasoned coverage opinions (first‑party property and general liability)
Experience across litigation phases: case management, discovery, motion practice, and depositions; trial/arbitration exposure a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Admission to the Washington State Bar required
