Litigation Attorney — Commercial Litigation, Boston

Mid-level litigation associate role in a busy commercial litigation practice based in Boston. The team handles complex business disputes, shareholder matters, white-collar-related issues and internal investigations for sophisticated clients.

Successful candidates will take on substantive litigation responsibilities, manage portions of matters, and supervise junior associates and staff. • 5–7 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in complex commercial litigation (including shareholder disputes and investigations).

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and excellent research, drafting and oral advocacy skills.
