Top-tier international law firm is seeking a litigation attorney for its Miami office. This is a non-partnership-track associate role supporting litigation matters in Florida state and federal courts on a hybrid schedule.

The role involves drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and general case management. Experience on healthcare and ERISA matters is desirable; prior state or federal clerkship is a plus.

The team expects strong written and oral advocacy, sound legal analysis, client-service orientation, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff when needed.

Juris Doctor and active admission to the Florida bar
Approximately 4 years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts
Proven experience drafting pleadings and briefs, handling discovery, and taking/defending depositions
Experience with healthcare and/or ERISA litigation preferred; clerkship experience a plus
Strong communication, legal analysis, project management, and client-service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
