Apply in confidence →Top-tier US law firm is seeking a midlevel litigation associate to join its technology regulatory and investigations team. The role focuses on enforcement matters and litigation related to content moderation, platform regulation and AI across U.S. and select global frameworks.
Ideal candidates will have experience handling tech-focused investigations or litigation and will work on matters involving FTC enforcement, Section 230 and emerging state and federal online-safety and AI regimes, with exposure to relevant international laws. The position requires client-facing skills, project leadership, strong analytical and drafting ability, and general tech fluency.
- 3–6 years post-qualification litigation or regulatory investigations experience, preferably with tech-focused matters
- Familiarity with U.S. frameworks (e.g., FTC enforcement, Section 230) and emerging online-safety and AI regulation; exposure to international regimes a plus
- Proven writing, analytical, and client-facing skills; ability to run significant projects
- Comfort with technology issues and investigatory practice areas
- J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
