Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team in Dallas focused on healthcare and technology disputes. The role will handle matters such as False Claims Act and managed-care litigation, alongside business litigation tied to AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated litigation track record, the ability to lead complex matters, and experience managing client relationships and litigation teams. There is an expectation of contributing to and growing a portable practice.

Established partner-level litigation experience, preferably with significant healthcare (including FCA/managed-care) matters
Experience handling technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency) and complex commercial litigation
Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience supervising teams
Demonstrated client-development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable business generation record
