A leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Houston litigation team. The role will sit on a global disputes platform handling complex commercial and cross-border litigation matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business and mentor junior lawyers within a well-resourced team. The position is suited to a senior litigator with an established track record on high‑stakes commercial disputes and the ability to originate and grow work in the region.

Established partner-level litigation experience (complex commercial and cross-border matters).
Active bar admission in Texas or eligible to practice in the jurisdiction.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or significant book of business is preferred.
Trial experience or former government litigator candidates may be considered with a smaller portable book.
