Well-established regional law firm is recruiting an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow its disputes practice in Muscat. The role focuses on commercial and civil litigation and international arbitration, with responsibility for delivering client work and supervising junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to the practice's growth across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant business-development responsibilities and opportunities to work on cross-border matters.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Proven track record of originating or developing client work; portable practice preferred.
Strong advocacy, drafting and case-management skills.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and leading client teams.
Admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction and regional/cross-border experience.
