An established international law practice is seeking a partner to join its Oman office to lead and grow its litigation, compliance and regulatory offering. The role will focus on white-collar crime, investigations and regulatory enforcement work, acting on cross-border matters across the region.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for developing the local team, driving business development and maintaining high-quality client delivery. The hire will join an existing cohort of experienced lawyers and will be expected to provide long-term leadership as senior colleagues transition.

Proven partner-level or senior counsel experience in litigation, investigations or regulatory enforcement, ideally with a white‑collar focus.
Admission to practice in an appropriate common law jurisdiction and experience working on cross-border matters in the Middle East.
Demonstrable track record of originating work, business development and team leadership.
Strong client management skills and the ability to build and mentor a regional practice.
