Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Muscat. The role will lead client-facing regulatory work across the Gulf region, advising on compliance matters and regulatory risk for a range of corporate and financial-services clients.

The post offers responsibility for developing and expanding the local practice, mentoring junior lawyers, and working with regional teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships that can be developed in market is welcomed.

Established partner or counsel with a strong compliance/regulatory track record.
Experience advising corporates and/or financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters.
Proven ability to win and manage client relationships and to develop business locally and regionally.
Strong leadership and people-management skills; prior team management and mentoring experience preferred.
Admission or eligibility to practice in a relevant jurisdiction; familiarity with Omani or GCC regulatory frameworks an advantage.
