Partner — Maritime & Transportation — Muscat

Established international law firm is seeking a senior partner to lead and grow its maritime and transportation practice in Muscat. The role will provide visible leadership in the region, take responsibility for client relationships and help shape the practice’s long-term succession plan.

The successful candidate will join an experienced regional team, advising on commercial shipping, admiralty and transport matters across Oman and the wider Gulf. This is a client-facing role with both fee-earning and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record as a partner or equivalent in maritime/shipping or transportation law
• Strong client-development and relationship-management skills in the Gulf market
• Ability to provide practice leadership and support succession planning
