Litigation Partner — Securities Litigation, Portland

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Portland litigation team with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role involves leading complex civil and regulatory litigation, managing trial and appellate work, and representing corporate and individual clients in high‑stakes disputes.

The successful candidate will take a senior client‑facing role, supervise associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups. There is an expectation of developing and growing a portable practice; candidates with an existing client base or demonstrable origination capability are encouraged to apply.

• Proven partner‑level experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar criminal defense
• Strong trial and courtroom experience; demonstrated ability to manage complex matters
• Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred
• Ability to lead teams and mentor associates; excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Bar admission in Oregon or ability to become admitted
