The role focuses on defending and counseling employers on workplace disputes, wage-and-hour matters, discrimination claims, and labor issues across state and federal courts.
Partner will handle a mix of trial and pre-trial work, supervise associates, and develop client relationships. The team supports cross-office coordination on multi-jurisdictional matters and provides opportunities to expand a portable practice.
- Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor matters.
- Strong trial and motion practice in state and federal courts; experience with wage-and-hour, discrimination, and labor issues preferred.
- Track record of managing teams and developing client relationships; a portable or developing book of business is welcomed.
- Active bar admission in Oregon or eligibility to transfer; good standing required.
