Office seeks an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow a busy practice focused on commercial litigation, employment and labor counseling, professional liability, healthcare matters and construction disputes. The role sits in the Portland office and involves both trial work and client relationship development.

Successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, manage and mentor a team of litigators, and collaborate across practice groups to service complex, multi-disciplinary matters. The position balances active casework with business development responsibilities.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven trial and courtroom experience in commercial and employment litigation
Track record of originating and growing client relationships; ability to develop new business in the region
