The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation team, work on high-stakes employment matters, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development efforts. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome.

Established partner with a strong employment/labor litigation background
Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex litigation
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable business preferred
Experience supervising associates and contributing to firm growth
Admission to practice in Oregon (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to appear in relevant courts
