Leading national law firm is recruiting a seasoned litigation partner to join its Tallahassee office. The role focuses on first-chair courtroom work and high-stakes civil litigation across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling complex disputes and will be expected to drive and develop litigation matters locally and regionally. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role with a platform for growing a portable practice.

Established first-chair trial experience in civil litigation
Proven business-development ability and a portable practice or the potential to bring significant client relationships
Strong courtroom advocacy and case-management skills
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions (Florida preferred)
