The position offers an opportunity to lead significant matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with cross-practice teams across the firm’s national platform. Flexible casework includes trial and appellate work, regulatory defense, and complex commercial disputes.

Established litigation partner with demonstrable experience in healthcare litigation and False Claims Act defense.
Track record handling technology-related business disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency) and complex commercial litigation.
Proven courtroom experience and ability to manage and mentor litigation teams.
Portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships preferred.
