Seeking a Litigation Practice Support Lawyer to drive knowledge management, training, and technology initiatives across multiple litigation subgroups including patent, securities, and employment litigation. The role focuses on developing model documents and templates, building and curating content repositories, and producing internal and external thought leadership.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering training, piloting and promoting AI and other legal-technology workflows, maintaining precedent libraries and judge/expert resources, and creating client- and jurisdiction-specific filing templates. The role also supports content development for marketing and practice alerts.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in the firm’s U.S. offices (the position may be filled outside Boston); it generally requires 2–3 days in office per week with additional onsite days as needed to support practice needs.

  • J.D. required; 3+ years' experience in a law firm litigation practice.
  • Strong legal drafting, research, and substantive litigation skills; experience in patent, securities, or employment litigation helpful.
  • Experience or interest in knowledge management, attorney training, and developing precedents and templates.
  • Genuine interest in legal technology and AI-driven tools; willingness to pilot and promote new workflows (technical expertise not required).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
