Seeking a partner to join a well-established litigation team in Honolulu. The role focuses on securities-related litigation and white-collar/complex commercial matters for private and institutional clients.

The position combines case leadership, trial work and client relationship management. The successful candidate will lead significant matters, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with colleagues across practices to serve a diverse client base.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client-development record are encouraged to apply; the team will support integration and cross-office collaboration.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or able to obtain admission)
Established litigation experience with securities and/or white-collar matters
Proven trial or significant motion practice experience
Demonstrated client development and team leadership skills; portable practice welcomed
