Join a growing motor injury team as a Litigation Supervisor handling a mixed caseload of defended personal injury and motor claims. The role involves managing litigated fast-track and small claim matters from instruction through to trial, with exposure to credit hire and complex liability files.

You will supervise and mentor junior team members, liaise with insurer and corporate clients, and work within established case‑management and court processes. The role is offered on a hybrid basis and sits in a supportive, inclusive team with opportunities for ongoing development.

Qualified Solicitor with c.2–5 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE)
Practical experience managing your own litigated fast‑track personal injury and motor claims (including small claims)
Familiarity with CPR, UK court procedures and MOJ/OIC processes
Experience supervising or mentoring junior fee‑earners
Strong client‑care and communication skills, ability to prioritise competing matters
Comfortable with case management systems and standard office IT tools
