M&A Associate, Technology Companies — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its Technology Companies M&A group in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on transactional work for technology clients across early- and late-stage financings, mergers and acquisitions, and related corporate matters.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience both as a productive member of deal teams and in managing discrete transaction components independently. The team advises technology companies and venture capital investor clients on strategic M&A and growth transactions.

• Mid‑level associate with solid transactional M&A experience, ideally focused on technology company matters
• Experience working with venture capital investors and/or representing emerging and growth-stage technology clients
• Proven ability to manage deal components and collaborate on team-driven transactions
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
