International law firm seeks a mid-senior associate to join its M&A team in Mexico City. The role involves leading and supporting purchase, sale and merger transactions, advising on deal structure and legal risk, negotiating transactional documentation and following matters through to closing.

The team works across cross-border matters in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and values professionals with an international profile, strong technical skills and a client-service mindset.

7–10 years' post-qualification experience in commercial/corporate law with transactional M&A experience
Proven experience managing purchase, sale or merger transactions from structuring to closing
Strong academic record and commercial awareness
Advanced English (minimum C1); other languages a plus
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced international team
