Mid-level associate role in a major New York M&A practice, handling a mix of public and private transactions across industries. The team seeks associates who can contribute on transactional matters and collaborate across practice groups.

Posted base salary range for this New York role is $365,000–$390,000 (actual compensation will reflect experience and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law).

• Mid-level associate (class of 2020/2021) with substantive public and private M&A experience
• Demonstrated ability to work on deal teams and coordinate with cross-practice colleagues
• Strong academic record; prior experience at peer law firms preferred
