• 2–3 years post-qualification experience in a law firm M&A/private equity practice
• Demonstrated transactional experience on mergers, acquisitions, or private equity matters
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
• Admission to the bar of the state where the attorney will be based (required)
