M&A / Private Equity Associate — New York

Growing M&A / private equity team seeks transactional associates to join the New York office. The role will handle mid-to-large‑scale buyouts, control and minority acquisitions, and related corporate work across sponsor-backed and strategic transactions.

We are considering candidates from the classes of 2018–2021 with 3–6 years of relevant transactional experience. Applicants should be comfortable on fast-moving deals and collaborating with partners and other transactional teams across offices.

• 3–6 years' corporate/M&A or private equity transactional experience
• Strong drafting and deal execution skills on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions
