Apply in confidence →We are seeking a non-billing Resource Attorney to support a national Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The attorney will enable deal teams by maintaining transaction precedents and know‑how, managing a transaction database, preparing legal updates and contributing to training and content for business development.
Day‑to‑day work includes drafting and curating templates and precedents, auditing and inputting deal terms into the group’s transaction database, monitoring regulatory and market developments, and partnering with legal education and marketing teams on trainings, pitches and client‑facing content. This role will also field internal requests for precedents and participate in practice innovation and knowledge‑management projects.
- Active US law license and minimum 4 years’ experience in US M&A/corporate transactional practice.
- Practical knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance and board fiduciary duties.
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and document‑management skills.
- Experience with precedents, templates, or knowledge management tools and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
