Managing Associate — Banking & Finance, Dubai

Seeking a Managing Associate to join a leading banking & finance team in Dubai. The role involves advising on domestic and cross-border finance transactions across leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance, supporting matters from structuring and documentation through to execution and closing.

You will work directly with lenders, sponsors, private equity and corporate clients, collaborate with corporate and projects colleagues on integrated solutions, and gain exposure to market-facing transactions across sectors such as real estate, energy, infrastructure and financial services.

• At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance law, preferably from a recognised firm
• Strong technical knowledge of transactional finance and experience drafting financing documentation
• Experience with cross-border transactions; exposure to restructuring matters advantageous
• Commercial awareness, strong client-service focus, excellent drafting and project management skills
