Senior banking associate role in Jakarta for a candidate with proven experience advising on a broad range of finance transactions. You will draft and negotiate facility documentation across areas such as acquisition finance, leveraged transactions, syndicated lending and structured trade finance, while providing clear commercial legal advice to clients.

Minimum 4+ years' post‑qualification experience (UK scale) in banking & finance work
Admitted to practice in Indonesia (PERADI)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating facility documentation (syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged financings, structured trade finance)
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong interpersonal and client‑facing skills
Experience supervising/mentoring junior lawyers and managing matter delivery; top‑tier firm experience advantageous
