Managing Associate — Capital Markets, San Francisco

Leading international law firm seeks a Managing Associate to join its Capital Markets team in San Francisco (candidates in New York or Boston may also be considered). The role focuses on public equity and debt offerings and other capital-raising transactions for technology and life‑sciences companies and their investors.

The successful candidate will work on transactional matters for issuers and underwriters, collaborating with deal teams and client stakeholders across offices. This is a hands-on role that involves drafting offering documents, advising on securities-law matters and supporting public company workstreams.

• 4–5 years' securities/capital markets experience (equity and/or debt offerings) at a major or peer law firm
• Strong academic credentials and superior drafting, communication and organizational skills
• Client-service mindset, collaborative team player with entrepreneurial outlook
• Bar membership in the state where the attorney will practice
