Senior employment lawyer opportunity in a global full-service firm’s Madrid office. The team advises on Spanish and cross-border employment law matters, working closely with other practice groups on corporate and finance transactions.

Typical work includes advising on the labour aspects of M&A and financing transactions, restructurings (ERTE/collective and individual dismissals), contract drafting, incentive plans and equality plans, as well as representation in conciliations and hearings. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, complex matters and international secondment/programme opportunities.

7–8 years’ post-qualification experience in a law firm employment practice.
Proven experience advising on employment aspects of corporate/financial transactions and restructurings (ERTE/collective dismissals).
Strong drafting and contentious experience (contracts, incentive and equality plans, hearings).
Advanced English; Spanish-qualified or full fluency in Spanish.
