Senior real estate lawyer needed to join a busy infrastructure-focused team in London advising on large-scale energy and transport projects. The role combines land law, statutory powers and consenting work for nationally significant infrastructure.

You will lead work on compulsory purchase and statutory consenting processes, manage land and works agreements and third‑party interfaces, and oversee portfolio transactions while supervising junior staff and delivering to tight timetables.

  • Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered)
  • Proven real estate experience on major infrastructure projects, including compulsory purchase/ statutory powers
  • Knowledge of land law, landlord & tenant, land registration, property tax and contaminated land issues
  • Experience supervising junior team members and strong project management and client-facing skills
