Experienced knowledge/PSL lawyer sought to support a national real estate disputes practice. You will develop, curate and share the team's know‑how to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of advice on complex and high‑value contentious property matters.

The role involves producing precedents, playbooks and practical guidance, monitoring and summarising legal and procedural developments, and delivering internal and client training. You will work closely with fee‑earners across offices and contribute to firm‑wide knowledge and KM strategy, driving adoption of legal tech and AI tools where appropriate.

UK‑qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in real estate disputes or equivalent knowledge/PSL experience
Substantive contentious property experience (e.g. lease renewals, dilapidations, rent review, forfeiture/possession, break notices, service charge and development‑related disputes)
Excellent legal drafting, analytical and research skills with experience producing precedents, guidance and training materials
Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable delivering training and engaging with internal and external audiences
Practical KM and project management skills, proactive, collaborative and able to drive projects to completion
