Join a major international disputes team as Innovation Counsel to lead the adoption and integration of AI and legal-technology solutions across litigation workflows. You will act as the subject-matter expert between fee-earning disputes lawyers and central innovation, legal‑tech and operations teams to design, pilot and scale tech-enabled ways of working.

Core responsibilities include evaluating and shaping use of AI tools for document analysis, drafting and workflow automation; developing playbooks, prompts and knowledge assets; supporting data capture and reporting (including Power BI dashboards); and training lawyers to embed new processes. The role will also support client-facing innovation, contributing to pitches and co-designing client solutions.

Established litigation or disputes background with strong familiarity with disputes workflows and document processes
Hands-on experience with legal technology and AI tools (e.g. Copilot/LLM workflows, document automation) and practical knowledge of prompt engineering or similar techniques
Proven ability to design and document end-to-end processes, playbooks and templates, and to deliver training/upskilling to lawyers
Experience working with legal operations, project management and product/tech teams; strong stakeholder management and change-management skills
Comfortable with data-driven projects and building/consuming dashboards (Power BI or equivalent)
