Senior litigation role within a market-leading insurance disputes team based in London. You will lead high-value insurance coverage and commercial disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional elements, and provide strategic advice to major corporate policyholders.

The role combines matter leadership with client relationship development and internal collaboration across practice areas. You will be expected to manage complex litigation, contribute to practice growth, and support innovation in delivery (including use of legal technology).

There is a strong emphasis on coaching and supervising junior lawyers and helping shape the direction of a growing insurance disputes offering.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years' PQE (senior/managing associate level).
Significant experience in commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage disputes.
Proven ability to lead complex, high-value matters and manage senior client relationships.
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers; strong people-management skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development and collaboration.
