Join a leading global investment funds team in London as a Managing Associate. The group advises sponsors, investors and secondary parties across the full range of alternative asset classes and delivers integrated input from regulatory, tax and corporate specialists.

You will work on a broad mix of sponsor and investor matters, draft and negotiate fund documentation, manage client relationships and lead aspects of complex transactions. The role offers active involvement in cross-border work and collaboration with multiple practice teams.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience (or overseas equivalent with significant fund experience).

Client-facing experience, commercial judgement and experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
