Apply in confidence →Senior contentious construction role within a busy, market-leading regional team based in Leeds. You will handle high-value construction disputes under JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts, acting for developers, lenders, public sector bodies and other industry participants.
The role offers a central position in a cohesive practice: leading matters, developing client relationships, supervising and coaching more junior fee-earners, and contributing to continued growth of the team.

- Minimum c.7+ years' post-qualification experience in contentious construction law (disputes/arbitration/litigation).
- Proven experience with JCT, NEC and other standard-form and bespoke construction contracts.
- Track record of leading complex matters and supervising junior lawyers.
- Strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree) and experience from a recognised construction or real estate practice.
- Client-facing commercial approach and ability to develop relationships and contribute to team growth.
