• 4–8 years PQE in private funds formation and/or private fund investment work
• Experience from a leading City, international or well-regarded funds practice
• Strong technical grounding in private funds, with commercial and pragmatic advice skills
• Confidence managing transactions, client relationships and contributing to business development
