Managing Associate — Property Litigation (Manchester)

Join a national real estate litigation team as a Managing Associate based in Manchester (hybrid working; role is also open to Birmingham-based candidates). You will be a senior member of the property litigation practice, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the team’s regional and national matters.

The role involves managing your own matters, supervising more junior lawyers, supporting client relationships across public- and private-sector clients, and taking part in business development and team objectives.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Proven ability to run a caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising or managing junior fee-earners
• Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills; client-focused approach
• Public‑sector experience advantageous but not essential
