Join a dedicated Real Estate Future Energy team based in Belfast (flexible hybrid/remote arrangements considered). The role focuses on advising on clean energy real estate transactions across wind, solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure and hydro projects.

Day-to-day work includes drafting option agreements and leases, conducting title and due diligence searches, advising on project financings and large-scale acquisitions/disposals, and working closely with corporate, banking, construction, planning and regulatory colleagues. The role offers early file ownership, client contact and opportunities to supervise junior team members.

Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with c.6 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate.
Practical experience on future-energy/renewables projects (drafting leases/options, conducting title due diligence).
Exposure to project financing and cross-discipline transactions (corporate, banking, construction, planning/regulatory).
Experience supervising junior staff and contributing to business development and client relationship management.
