Join a large, market-leading real estate team in Manchester as a Managing Associate with responsibility for delivering high-value commercial property work. You will manage your own caseload while working alongside senior colleagues on complex transactions and development projects.

The role offers a blend of breadth and specialism: maintain a varied transactional workload across landlord & tenant, sales/acquisitions and development matters, while developing deeper expertise in a chosen commercial property area.

You will also take an active role in supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners, contribute to team business development, and work with legal tech tools to improve delivery and efficiency.

UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property / real estate.
Proven experience on transactional matters (sales & acquisitions, landlord & tenant, development/regeneration).
Demonstrable ability to manage a personal caseload and to support and supervise junior team members.
Strong stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and a proactive approach to business development; comfortable using legal technology.
