Managing Associate — Structured Products (London)

Join a market-leading Structured Finance & Derivatives team advising banks, asset managers and corporates on a wide range of structured products and derivatives matters. The role sits in a partner-led practice that combines transactional expertise with regulatory know-how and works across Europe, the Middle East and APAC.

You will lead and execute deal work on structured credit, equity-linked, interest rate/FX/inflation products, ETP platforms and related prime brokerage, repo and securities lending arrangements, with opportunities to collaborate with regulatory and fintech specialists.

This is a senior associate role based in London (option to work from the Bristol office), offering a varied, cross-border workload, significant partner exposure and scope to contribute to business development and market initiatives.

• Ideally 5+ years PQE with strong structured products/structured finance experience from a leading City or international practice
• Technical, deal-facing solicitor with excellent academic credentials
• Commercial mindset and strong client service skills; willingness to participate in business development
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, high‑performing team on cross‑border transactions
