Work will include negotiating and drafting commercial technology agreements, advising on digital transformation projects and transactions, and supporting business development within the practice. The team serves public- and private-sector clients on cross-cutting technology, data and outsourcing issues.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction.
Several years' experience in technology/digital law (commercial contracts, outsourcing, SaaS, data or similar).
Proven ability to manage matters and supervise junior fee-earners.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; commercial mindset and project management ability.
