Managing Associate — Technology Companies Group, San Francisco

Join a national technology-focused practice as a Managing Associate supporting high-growth and emerging companies. The role sits in the Technology Companies Group and will work on venture financings, private offerings and growth-focused M&A across the firm’s U.S. offices (San Francisco-based candidates preferred for this posting).

The team combines deep Silicon Valley experience with a broad national and global platform, advising startups and investors throughout the company lifecycle. You will collaborate with deal teams on financings, corporate governance, and transactional work for technology clients at various growth stages.

• 4–6 years post-qualification experience at a major law firm, with a focus on venture capital, private offerings and emerging-growth company transactions
• Strong drafting, oral and written communication skills and client-facing instincts
• Admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate will be based
• Ability to manage deal workflows and collaborate across product teams
