Leading disputes team in London is seeking a proactive, ambitious Managing Senior Associate (8+ PQE) to take a central role on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters. The role offers autonomy to lead workstreams on multi-jurisdictional disputes and to develop a practice aligned with your strengths.

You will sit within an integrated disputes practice with strong international collaboration across offices and sectors, delivering commercially focused advice at all stages of the dispute lifecycle. The position includes client-facing responsibility, opportunities for secondments, and scope to build profile through business development and thought leadership.

Qualified in England & Wales with 8+ years PQE.
Proven experience on high-value, complex commercial disputes, including Commercial Court work and cross-border matters.
Experience in international arbitration (e.g. ICC, LCIA, ICSID, UNCITRAL or equivalent rules).
Strong technical drafting skills (legal advice, witness statements, pleadings, skeleton arguments) and commercial judgment.
Track record of client engagement and business development; collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
